Your journey

Welcome, Sam. You've had a look — let's find the point.

Trying it once rarely convinces anyone. What tends to work is one specific, slightly annoying task in your own life, done properly, once.

Shown the way you said you prefer: step-by-step, short text.

Your first week

Three steps, spread over six days

  1. Day 1 — Try one small thing

Spend ten minutes on "Plan a week of dinners from what you already have". There's no wrong way to do it — the goal is simply to see how it feels.

  2. Day 3 — Ask a follow-up

Return to the same answer and ask one follow-up question. Most of the value shows up in the second reply, not the first.

  3. Day 6 — Repeat or swap

If day one helped, do it again. If it didn't, try "Turn a messy mental to-do list into a calm plan" instead and tell us it wasn't for you.

One thing to keep in mind: AI answers can sound confident and still be wrong. Check anything that matters — money, health, legal or official deadlines — against the original source. And leave out private details like account numbers, passwords, or anyone else's personal information.
